All of the cakes that we bake here at The Olde House Tearooms in Kinver are handmade. From the sponge, to the Swiss meringue buttercream, it’s all crafted with attention and care. This means that we’re not limited to just the standard cakes in our online store – we can bake something completely from scratch to your design!

Step 2 - fill out the form below
Complete the form at the bottom of this page as thoroughly as you can. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote (or more questions, if needed), so we can get your order booked in.
Step 3 - Collect your cake!
We’ll agree a suitable date and time for you to collect your cake from our tearoom in Kinver, and all that’s left for you to do is enjoy it!

How much does a bespoke celebration cake cost?
Our bespoke cakes will vary in cost hugely, depending on design, size, flavour, and many other factors.
Generally, our custom cakes start at around £60.00 for something strightforward.
How far in advance do I need to order?
The sooner you order, the better! Generally, we need at least a week’s notice to bake a custom cake, but this will depend on availability and our current workload.
Essentially, order as far in advance as you can, please!
What flavours are available?
We have a wide range of flavours available for our bespoke cakes.
The quickest place to look for inspiration is our online store, which lists the majority of cake flavours we offer – over 50, in fact! Some of our favourites include:

- Eton Mess
- Cherry Bakewell.
We do offer seasonal flavours too, such as Mini Egg, Creme Egg, Pumpkin Spice Latte, and more!
Do you deliver?
Sadly, we aren’t able to deliver currently. We’re based in Kinver, and as a young family, we just don’t have the time to drive around dropping off orders – plus our cakes wouldn’t survive the post!
It’s not the end of the world though, as Kinver is a lovely village with lots of unique shops, so your visit will be worth it!
Do you require deposits?
Yes, we require at least a 50% deposit at point of order, with the remaining balance payable on collection.
Most of our customers choose to pay the full balance up front, though, so you can walk in, grab your cake, then head straight out to enjoy your cake!
In terms of payment, you can either visit in person to pay by cash or card, or we can send you a payment link so that you can order from your phone at home – how convenient!
