Can I customise my bake box?
Unless otherwise specified, all our bake boxes are sold as seen. In other words, we can’t customise the contents for individual oreders – we don’t have enough ovens to handle all of the baking that would take!
How big are your bakes? Will I be able to eat them all in one session?
Our bakes are pretty massive. Usually, two people can share one of our bakes and feel satisfied. But we’re not you, and we don’t judge. All we’ll say is, you’ve been warned!
How long will the bakes last?
Our bakes usually stay fresh for a few days. If you want to keep them at their absolute best, you can wrap them in cling film in between snacking sessions to make them last longer!
Can you make something custom for me?
If you can’t find the right cake for you on our website, just send us an email to discuss your requirements – we’ll have a go at anything!

Not to brag, but yes.
How do I select a Date and Time to Collect?
You’ll do that at the checkout. Just add the cake to your basket and you’ll see a little drop down when it’s time to checkout!
When can I collect my order?
Our Bake Boxes often have specific collection windows. Check the description above for more information. You’ll be able to see available time slots and dates when you go to checkout.

Do you deliver?
We don’t do liver, we’re a cake shop!
But seriously, sadly we don’t offer delivery at the moment. But at least you get to visit our lovely village of Kinver!
We make our bakes and cakes in a kitchen where we handle all of the main allergens, including nuts. A lot of our ingredients, such as pre-packaged chocolate bars, may also contain allergen traces. As such, we can’t guarantee the complete absence of any allergens in our bakes, however, we can ensure that our bakes don’t use specific ingredients.
